Life happens

After I  cut my demo in 2010 I was totally unprepared for what came next. I really didn't know what I should do with it after that. I sent it to a local recording studio, a podcast a friend told me about and signed up for a casting website or two, but that was about it. Nothing really came out of it, because I put no extra work into it.

In all honesty, I wasn't in a place in my life where I wanted to pursue something like this. It meant starting my own business and working really hard. I was young (mid-twenties) and just started a new relationship. I was having fun in my new job, going to happy hours and traveling. You know... life.

So, I kinda just put it on hold.

It wasn't until 6 years later... where voiceover came very suddenly back into my life at a very unexpected time.

Next time... that time I was a suitcase.
